| Each cloth bears a label appended
inside the cloth. Each label points out the types of the cloth‘s protection. |

brand,
2 Manufacturer, importer,
3 Identification of the model,
4 CE branding.
The cloth meets the standards relative to protection clothes, in accordance with
the european legislation. Certificates relative to the quality insurance and
to tests have been assigned by a notified body.
5 This pictogram indicates the chemical protection
clothes are in accordance with European standards,
6 The pictogram “open book” encourages
to read the “use conditions”,
7 The size pictogram indicates the different sizes
and gives the equivalent code which is generally used. Check your size and choose
the cloth corresponding to the code,
8 The 5 pictograms in accordance with maintenance are
the following ones:
- Do not wash. Washing might alter protection performances of the cloth (particularly
in wiping its antistatic properties.)
- Do not tumbledry in machine
- No dry cleaning
- Do not iron
- Inflammable. Keep away from flames or any source of intensive heat.

> The CE branding means
this article meets all main requirements stated by the directive 89/686/CEE,
in agreement with the Personal Protection Equipments.

> Indicates the clothes are submited to antistatic
treatments and offer an electostatic protection in accordance with the norm EN
1149-1.
> Indicates the compliance with the European Norm
ruling the chimical protection clothes.
Type 5 - Protection against tough chemical particles (single
use clothes).
Type 6 - Protection against liquid chimical products. (smears
and sprayings)
> The size pictogram indicates the different
sizes and gives the codes’ equivalences generally used. Choose your size
and the cloth corresponding to the codes. |
